About The Role

Join Graphcore, a leading AI hardware and software company, as a Project Manager. In this role, you will lead hardware manufacturing projects from planning to production release, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, and manufacturing partners. You will work closely with engineers, development managers, program managers, and external manufacturing partners, and will have a real impact on the success of technical programs.   • Lead hardware manufacturing projects from planning through production release, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, and manufacturing partners.
  • Manage project priorities, track progress, and proactively address delivery risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, systems, and operations, to solve complex delivery challenges and drive technical programs to success.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to draw on experience of different methodologies (eg waterfall, scrum, agile etc) to identify the most appropriate method for the project. Working knowledge of project/programme management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project etc
  • Degree level education or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • Experience working in global environments with international partners. Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage dependencies and competing priorities. Self-motivated, collaborative, and effective in fast-moving environments
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a technical project management role within multi-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge and experience of PCBA manufacturing and test processes
  • Experience in working with leading edge suppliers in PCBA and system level manufacturing supply chain
