Staff Software Engineer (Analysis Tools)

• Conduire l'effort de conception et de développement d'outils de profilage pour aider les utilisateurs à optimiser leurs applications.
• Assurer le leadership technique sur la conception du logiciel de profilage, en garantissant l'évolutivité.
• Mentorer les ingénieurs juniors et promouvoir un environnement d'apprentissage continu et d'amélioration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug and resolve complex issues
• Understanding of system architecture, memory management, multithreading, and hardware utilisation
• Experience with large computing clusters and their performance monitoring ecosystems
• Experience of developing complex software solutions using a systems language (ideally Rust or strong C++ with a desire to work with Rust)
• Proficiency with version control (Git)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and peers
• Rust experience - commercial or personal
• Experience working in Agile environment and iterative development
• Experience with performance profiling tools
• Experience with relational databases for profiling or data collection
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks
• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines and build tools (preferably Bazel)
