About The Role

Join Graphcore, a leading AI hardware and software company, as a Technical Product Owner. In this role, you will work closely with a component-based software team, translating product outcomes into clear, prioritized, and deliverable component-level work. You will be at the intersection of product intent, technical delivery, and cross-team collaboration. Your focus will be on enabling your team to deliver the right technical outcomes and contributions to wider customer and business outcomes.

Créer et maintenir des feuilles de route d'équipe pour le Programme d'Increment (PI) et le plan à long terme, afin de visualiser le backlog actuel et de communiquer l'état et les progrès à toutes les parties prenantes.
Traduire l'intention au niveau des fonctionnalités en un travail réalisable au niveau des composants et fournir des retours d'information sur l'intention de l'équipe et les défis pour aider à façonner les fonctionnalités avec le Responsable Produit.
Maintenir un backlog clair et priorisé d'Epics et d'Histoires pour votre équipe de composants, en veillant à ce que tout le travail soit clairement lié aux résultats du produit de niveau supérieur.

Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or components
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working as a Product Owner (or similar role) in an agile environment
Strategic mindset with empathy and ability to bring calm, clarity and support
Excellent facilitation skills, ability to guide discussions / events to conclusion
Confidence working with technical teams and complex systems
Proven experience in developing product vision and roadmaps
Strong backlog management and refinement skills
Ability to simplify and present complex information
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
Experience of working in SAFe / Scrum@scale
Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite
