• Lead and support the development of digital marketing and growth strategies for clients, translating complex business challenges into clear recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and strategic planning sessions, presenting findings and strategic roadmaps to client stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, acting as a strategic advisor and influencing decision-making.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activity creates business value
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in unfamiliar environments
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to structure complex or ambiguous challenges
• Broad understanding of key digital marketing disciplines including SEO, PPC, CRM, analytics, CRO, content and paid media
• High levels of ownership, accountability and personal resilience
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, persuasive narratives and executive-level recommendations
• 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, strategy, consulting or a related discipline
• Experience developing and presenting strategic recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders
