Head of Finance (FP&A, Treasury & Transformation)

Join our team as the Head of Finance, where you will play a crucial role in driving business performance, growth, and shareholder value. You will lead financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and finance transformation initiatives. This position requires strong expertise in FP&A, treasury, and business performance management, as well as significant senior finance leadership experience in complex international businesses.

• Lead the Group's financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and finance transformation agenda.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning processes, and produce Board-quality performance reporting.
• Develop and execute the finance transformation roadmap, and lead finance process improvement, automation, and systems initiatives.
• Strong FP&A, treasury and business performance management expertise
• Experience leading finance transformation programmes
• Significant senior finance leadership experience
• Experience in complex international businesses
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Consulting, professional services or other business services experience
• Strong data and digital capability, with experience applying automation and AI solutions to improve finance performance and decision support
• Understanding of modern finance operating models, data governance and technology-enabled business processes
• Experience in businesses executing an acquisition strategy
