Social Creative Lead

Join KoRo, a fast-growing consumer brand, as a Social Creative Lead. In this role, you will translate our brand strategy into engaging social content, lead and mentor our social media team, and drive cultural relevance through platform-native storytelling. You should have a proven track record in driving growth through data, a strong portfolio showcasing your creative expertise, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The position is based in Berlin or requires relocation.

• Proven track record of driving growth through data: You have strong analytical instincts and know how to read social platforms' backend data inside out. You can clearly demonstrate how your past creative executions directly drove brand awareness, reach, and engagement
• An outstanding portfolio/showreel that proves your conceptual, visual, and linguistic expertise, packed with "social-first" highlights and successful video campaigns
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Creative, Social Media Lead, or Concept Developer in a fast-paced digital agency, creative studio, or modern consumer brand
• A collaborative growth mindset: You have plenty of drive and your own strong ideas, but you excel at working closely with senior leadership to bring a shared brand vision to life without losing friction
• Location: Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for the role
• Deep platform fluency & aesthetics: You have an immaculate eye for imagery, zeitgeist, and video editing
• Language skills: Good English and fluent German skills
