Accounting Lead

As an Accounting Lead, you will manage the end-to-end accounting close, assist with the order to cash process, lead audit preparedness, and proactively engage in finance transformation initiatives. You will need at least 6 years of experience in accounting, proficiency in US GAAP, and a desire to drive operational efficiency.

• Manage end-to-end accounting close, ensuring timely close across all global entities and owning balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with the order to cash process, ensuring timely processing of customer invoices and developing a systematic approach to AR collections.
• Lead preparation of audit preparedness, coordinating with external auditors for timely submission of all required requests.
