Agent Experience Designer, Voice (Multilingual)

As an Agent Experience Designer, you will shape and scale high-quality voice experiences across a global portfolio of AI agents. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to improve voice quality, accelerate multilingual readiness, and create more human experiences.

• Improving the breadth and depth of voice quality by evaluating and iterating on voices across multiple providers and languages.
• Supporting faster multilingual readiness and launches by partnering with product, engineering, and deployment teams to research solutions and guide voice-related decisions.
• Designing and applying effective and repeatable evaluations by creating and maintaining structured methods for assessing voice performance and interaction quality.
