FP&A Lead

As the FP&A Lead, you'll be responsible for driving financial planning processes, performance reporting, systems infrastructure, cross-functional partnership, and delivering actionable insights. You should have 8+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, exceptional financial modeling skills, and strong executive communication abilities.

• Develop and drive corporate financial planning processes, including long-range planning, annual planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Own the monthly and quarterly close cycle from an FP&A perspective, including budget vs. actuals, variance commentary, and management reporting packages.
• Drive and evolve the FP&A toolset, including modern planning software, BI integrations, and the underlying data model that supports scalable reporting.
