RFP Strategy & Operations Analyst

As an RFP Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the RFP response process, driving cross-functional coordination, maintaining the content infrastructure, and supporting sales in high-stakes evaluations. You should have 2-3 years of experience in a high-growth technology company and possess exceptional attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and a track record of improving processes.

• Triage incoming RFP requests, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and deliver accurate, polished responses back to sales on time.
• Partner with subject-matter experts (SMEs) in Security, Legal, and Product to get the right answers fast, managing competing stakeholder priorities without losing momentum or quality.
• Maintain and continuously improve Sierra's RFP knowledge base, identifying gaps, working with SMEs to close them, and raising the quality bar on every response.
