People Partner, Sales

As a People Partner for Sales, you'll play a crucial role in employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, policy implementation, employee engagement, and organizational design. You should have at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a sales environment, and a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

• Serve as a key resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, addressing and resolving employee conflicts, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage HR systems, maintain accurate employee records, benefits enrollment, and generating HR reports.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and foster transparent and effective communication.
