Producer, Events & Experiences

Join Sierra, a company dedicated to creating better customer experiences with AI. As a Producer on the Events & Experiences team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of key events, shaping the overall experience, leading vendors, and partnering cross-functionally. You should have at least 8 years of experience in event and creative production, a strong command of live production, and a collaborative mindset.

• Lead the full lifecycle of Sierra's marquee moments and third-party events from creative concept and pre-production through post-event delivery.
• Think beyond the main stage to how attendees move through and feel a space: breakout sessions, demo environments, branded moments, and the texture of the overall experience.
• Source, brief, and manage AV, scenic, lighting, video, and experiential vendors and creative agencies — getting the best work out of partners while owning timelines and budgets.
