Senior Employment Counsel

As a Senior Employment Counsel, you'll provide expert legal advice on employment and labor matters, draft and negotiate employment-related documents, and support international employment law compliance. You'll collaborate closely with various teams and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth environment.

• Serve as the primary employment law advisor to Sierra's People team and business leaders on a broad range of employment and labor matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on employment-related documents including offer letters, PIIAs, separation and release agreements, equity documentation, compensation plans.
• Support employment law matters across Sierra's international offices, working with local outside counsel to ensure jurisdictional compliance while maintaining alignment with global People practices and guidelines.
