Software Engineer, Security

As a Software Engineer focused on security, you will design and implement systems that prioritize security, privacy, and data protection. You will work closely with product and platform teams to ensure that security is integrated into the core of our product. Ideal candidates will have strong software engineering skills, a security mindset, and a passion for building secure systems that enable innovation.

• Design and ship systems that make Sierra’s platform secure by default, spanning privacy, identity, authentication, authorization, and data security.
• Partner with product and platform teams to implement and evolve Sierra’s trust primitives: identity management, access control, auditability, and data lifecycle management.
• Build controls that ensure AI agents can't leak customer data, execute unauthorized actions, or be manipulated into unintended behavior.
