Hosted Buyer Account Manager

Join RX Global, a leading event organization company, as a Hosted Buyer Account Manager. In this role, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies to connect qualified buyers with world-class events. You will build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, event professionals, and industry partners, and support various internal teams to deliver seamless client programs. Additionally, you will manage administrative and event-related activities, maintain accurate buyer databases, and produce management reports. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with experience in achieving metrics and targets. Knowledge of the luxury travel and meetings industry is beneficial.

• Develop and deliver detailed research and recruitment plans aligned to Buyer Programme recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, event professionals, and industry partners through various communication channels.
• Identify and establish key industry partnerships to support buyer recruitment and programme growth.
• Proactive approach to sourcing prospects and registrations
• Outstanding commercial awareness, confidence, drive, and initiative
• Experience achieving metrics, targets, and delivering results
• Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities with a customer-oriented approach
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the Luxury Travel and Meetings, Events and Incentive Industry is beneficial
• Excellent database, IT, Excel, Smartsheet, and data analysis skills
• Excellent negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills
