• Lead the UK & Ireland real estate portfolio, driving commercial performance and representing flagship brands.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customers, industry leaders, and key stakeholders across the UK real estate sector.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing UK sales team, including direct and indirect channels, to achieve revenue and business objectives.
