Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Audit)

Join Fieldguide as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer in the Financial Audit team. This high-impact role involves designing and building agent-driven experiences for financial audit workflows, owning complex workstreams tied to customer onboarding, and collaborating with product managers, designers, and financial audit experts. You will write code daily, mentor other engineers, and contribute to the team's technical direction.

• Able to pick up complex domain concepts quickly. You don't need to know financial auditing, but you're the kind of person who can internalize it fast
• Curious about AI and agentic systems, and already using AI coding tools in your workflow
• Experience in financial services, audit, accounting, or compliance
• Prior work building AI or agent-driven product experiences
• Familiarity with our stack: TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL
• Experience with document processing or infrastructure work
• Background working at high-growth startups where you wore a lot of hats
