• Support and champion customers in their journey with Omnea, ensuring their data is in great shape and their configurations are implemented to the level of depth and sophistication to match the complexity of their companies.
• Assist Solutions & Implementation Leads with product configuration, data preparation, and implementation over the first 12 months, as they mentor you into the more customer-facing aspects of the role.
• Become a product expert and be the voice of product depth, securing a great grounding to move into broader customer team roles within 1-2 years of joining.
