As a Senior Recruiter, Engineering, you will lead engineering hiring across multiple teams, source and engage top talent, and shape the engineering employer value proposition. • Lead end-to-end engineering hiring across Omnea’s 10 engineering teams, including sourcing, engaging, and recruiting Senior product engineers.
• Build and maintain a warm pipeline of passive candidates, shaping and championing the engineering Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Partner with engineering leadership to define and uphold a high hiring standard, designing and refining the hiring process to reduce time-to-hire without compromising on quality.
