Business Development Manager (Events Program)

Join Tinder as a Business Development Manager for our Events Program. In this role, you will manage a multi-market book of business, build partnerships with local event hosts, and develop playbooks for scaling the program. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate outreach and relationship management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy and performance.

• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue, pipeline, or growth targets
• Experience managing multi-market or multi-vertical portfolios of partners or accounts
• Genuine comfort with AI and automation tools as a core part of your sales workflow
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals with founders, promoters, and venue owners
• A systems thinker who naturally builds repeatable processes rather than one-off deals
• Entrepreneurial mindset — energized by ambiguity and biased toward action
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships — ideally in events, media, entertainment, hospitality, or consumer tech
• Experience in nightlife, live events, or local entertainment ecosystems
• Familiarity with co-promotion or co-marketing deal structures
• Background with Gen Z or millennial consumer brands
• Experience scaling a sales or partnerships motion across multiple cities or regions
