Staff Platform Engineer

• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de Ingeniería de Plataforma de Clutch, construyendo y evolucionando la Plataforma de Desarrollador Interno.
• Poseer la arquitectura y evolución de nuestra plataforma CI/CD y flujos de trabajo de implementación, diseñando y escalando la infraestructura en la nube.
• Definir estándares de plataforma y patrones de infraestructura reutilizables que mejoren la confiabilidad, la observabilidad, la seguridad y la excelencia operativa.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with significant ownership and ambiguity
• Proven ability to identify organization-wide technical problems and build long-term solutions rather than short-term fixes
• Strong software engineering mindset with experience building tooling in Python, Go, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Deep experience with AWS, Terraform, Docker, and modern CI/CD platforms
• Experience designing scalable developer platforms, deployment systems, or engineering enablement tooling
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills with the ability to influence engineers and technical leadership
• 8+ years building cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or developer tooling at scale
• Experience operating as a Staff Engineer, Technical Lead, or senior individual contributor driving technical strategy across multiple teams
• Experience with feature flagging platforms
• Experience with Monorepo tooling
• Experience designing an Internal Developer Platform
