Forward-thinking talent acquisition professional with a strong aptitude for adopting AI-driven tools and cutting-edge technology to identify and attract high-caliber talent
Track record of sourcing and hiring diverse talent through intentional and inclusive recruitment practices
Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust with hiring managers and business partners
Proven ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience utilizing Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-driven recruiting solutions to enhance sourcing strategies, streamline workflows, and improve hiring effectiveness
