  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines across multiple systems, ensuring high-quality, reliable data.
  • Integrate data from enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other systems, and implement modern data platforms.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, translating business requirements into scalable data models and visualisations.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow data or APIs
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
  • Experience integrating Salesforce data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard development, DAX, modelling)
  • Experience designing and managing ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Solid understanding of data modelling (star schema, dimensional modelling)
  • Experience in data engineering and/or BI development roles (3–6 years typical)
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data
  • Understanding of medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric
  • Background in telecoms, services or consulting environments
  • Experience working with APIs and automation
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Exposure to Certinia / financial or resource management data
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive, self-driven and solution-focused
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong focus on data accuracy
