Senior Electrical Engineer (Systems)

About The Role
Join True Anomaly, a company dedicated to delivering decisive capabilities for space superiority. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical and programmatic interface between our Avionics Components engineering team and the Program Office. You will own requirements decomposition and flow-down across avionics subsystems, drive ICD development, lead technical and programmatic trade studies, and represent the Avionics Components team in wider engineering forums. This high-visibility role directly shapes how the Avionics team executes and grows.

- Servir d'interface principale entre l'équipe des composants avioniques et le bureau du programme, en traduisant l'état technique, les risques et les besoins en communication programmatique claire.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to convey technical information clearly to both engineering and program management audiences
- Demonstrated experience with requirements decomposition, flow-down, and traceability management for electrical or avionics systems
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals with the ability to engage credibly with engineers across digital systems, FPGA, EPS, RF, and harness disciplines
- Experience supporting or leading programmatic activities including schedule development, milestone tracking, and sprint or agile planning
- Experience developing and managing interface control documents across complex, multi-discipline hardware programs
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, avionics engineering, or a related technical program role
- Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or similar
- Familiarity with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jama, or Confluence
- Experience working directly with government or defense customers and interpreting military or defense acquisition specifications
- Familiarity with spacecraft avionics architectures including flight computers, EPS, RF communications, and harness design
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies applied to hardware engineering programs
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment or a similarly dynamic setting
- Ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance
