Senior Manager of Program Finance

Join True Anomaly, a pioneering company in space security. As a Senior Manager of Program Finance, you will be the financial owner of a dedicated portfolio of space security programs and products. You will serve as the primary finance partner to program management teams, lead and develop a team of program finance analysts, and play a key role in building the processes and systems that underpin True Anomaly's program controls function.

• Strong understanding of GAAP (especially ASC 606 revenue recognition), FAR/DFARS, and cost accounting fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with EAC methodology and EVMS on government programs
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts as well as team-building experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Query and Power Pivot
• At least 3 years of people management experience
• 6-12 years of finance experience in aerospace or defense with demonstrated ownership of complex programs and people leadership experience
• Ability to communicate clearly across program teams, functional leadership, and external customers
• Security Clearance – Current Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred
