Technical Program Manager (Missile Defense)

• Assurer l'exécution du programme en définissant les plans de livraison, en gérant la portée et les jalons, et en conduisant la responsabilité à travers les équipes d'ingénierie et interfonctionnelles.
• Servir d'interface principale pour la livraison avec l'ingénierie interne et le bureau de programme sur l'exécution du programme, en compilant des métriques sur la santé et le statut du programme.
• Identifier et gérer proactivement les risques, les compromis et les obstacles; escalader et recommander des décisions lorsque le calendrier, la portée ou les ressources sont désalignés.
• We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with hardware development background with a passion for building mission-critical systems to support space superiority
• Experience working classified DoW programs or relevant background
• Secret Clearance required; TS/SCI preferred
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other software tracking tools
• Deep familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban processes
• Strong technical understanding of a relevant space defense system (satellites, missile, rockets, engines, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management
• Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical partners
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus
• Background in engineering, computer science or a related technical field
• PowerBI or other relevant data visualizaiton tools
