Technical Sourcer (Temp to Hire)

• Develop robust engineering pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs.
• Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent, and maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes.
• Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity, and develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers.
• Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
• Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends
• Working knowledge of engineering skillsets such as Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and other common engineering skillsets
• 0-2+ years sourcing/recruiting experience
• Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Gem, ATS systems i.e. Greenhouse)
• Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
