Machine Learning Engineer

Join our team as a Machine Learning Engineer, where you will measure and ensure the high-quality output of AI workloads for our enterprise customers. You will deploy and manage production workloads for a global customer base, write and extend Python code, conduct local testing, integrate AI cloud solutions, perform prompt engineering, fine-tune and deploy Large Language Models, and develop software that scales to meet high-load customer demands. We are looking for smart, humble, hardworking, and collaborative individuals with 3-5 years of professional experience in software development and a solid understanding of machine learning principles.

• Measure and ensure the high-quality output of AI workloads for enterprise customers, deploying and managing production workloads.
• Write, rewrite, and extend Python code, deploying it to containers, and conducting local testing using tools like Jupyter Notebook.
• Integrate AI cloud solutions and adapt them to large-scale use cases, performing prompt engineering and fine-tuning Large Language Models.

• By collaborative, we don't mean submissive or deferential, it means taking leadership from everywhere. "I'm taking responsibility to fix this system", if there's a lack of trust "I'm going to address it" if goals are unclear "I'm going to deal with it", it's about being a meritocracy
• The people we like the most are smart but humble
• By humble we don't mean submissive or unambitious, we mean it in the same way Roger Federer is humble
• Strong beliefs weakly held, etc
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to organize and prioritize competing workloads
• 3-5 years of professional experience in software development
• Proven ability to work backwards from customer needs to deliver AI-based features that meet those needs
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles
• Proficiency in using REST APIs
• Experience with container frameworks such as Docker or Kubernetes
