Financial Forecasting Analyst

Join iwoca, a fast-growing fintech company dedicated to providing flexible and responsive finance solutions for small businesses. As a Financial Forecasting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making through forecasting, analysis, and performance reporting. You will work closely with the FP&A Manager and collaborate with the wider finance team and other functions across the company. Your responsibilities will include preparing the monthly operating model, improving forecasting methodology, assisting in data pipeline development, and contributing to the build-out of iwoca's forecasting platform.

• Preparation of the monthly operating model, including reconciliations to accounting software and posting of journals required to complete the model.
• Contribute to and improve forecasting methodology; assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines.
• Identify and rectify issues/areas for improvement in the monthly operating model; identify and build datasets to complement the enhancement of the model.
