Finance & Billing Manager

Join our team as a Finance & Billing Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in managing our core finance operations as we scale. This high-impact position involves working closely with the founders and external partners to ensure our financial systems are accurate, organized, and ready for growth. You'll be hands-on in day-to-day operations while also learning how to build better processes, reporting, and systems over time. Key responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable, supporting month-end close, improving billing and collections workflows, and assisting in building budgets and forecasts. This role is ideal for someone early to mid in their career who is looking to take on more ownership and grow into a broader finance role.

• Comfortable working in spreadsheets and finance tools
• Experience working in a startup or fast paced environment is a plus
• 3 to 6 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Background in accounting, audit, or a CPA track
• Experience with tools like Stripe, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Ramp, or Brex
• Exposure to forecasting, budgeting, or financial analysis
• Someone who is proactive, curious, and wants to grow into a broader finance role
• Interest in improving processes or using automation tools
• Experience working with external accounting or bookkeeping partners
