Track record of shipping production systems and making smart trade-offs for speed, reliability, and scale
Strong software engineer who likes being in front of customers. You write code and you talk to people
Startup or fast-moving team experience preferred
Experience prototyping on messy, real-world data and systems. Work with CRMs, ERPs, or field-ops tools like ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or Procore is a plus
You turn one-off custom work into reusable product. You want your work to disappear into the platform
Construction or permitting background is a nice-to-have, not required
Comfortable owning an integration end to end. APIs, data models, backend, and enough frontend to ship a working demo
