About The Role

Join our team as a Product Operations Manager, where you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and AI teams to build the operational backbone that drives faster, smarter product development. You will streamline the flow of insights, data, and customer feedback through the product lifecycle, lead the design and improvement of product processes, tools, and systems, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Customer Success. Additionally, you will develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and experimentation frameworks to measure product impact and team efficiency, and support the integration of AI workflows and data-driven automation into core product and operational processes.

Streamline how insights, data, and customer feedback flow through the product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, design, build, launch, and iteration.
Lead the design and improvement of product processes, tools, and systems that scale with our growth.
Strong operational and systems-thinking mindset, with experience designing processes and driving data-informed decisions
Strong analytical skills and data literacy, with the ability to synthesize insights and influence prioritization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
Startup mentality: highly resourceful, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while building from 0→1
Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve workflows, surface insights, and increase productivity
2+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Strategy, Business Operations, or a similar cross-functional role at a high-growth SaaS, technology, or AI-driven company
Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business teams to drive alignment and execution
