Senior Data Scientist

• Partner with senior leaders across Product and other teams to generate insights and recommendations that shape strategy for product roadmap using data.
• Translate broad questions into actionable research and discovery plans, perform proactive data exploration to identify actionable insights, and communicate results effectively.
• Model the impact of new features, determine success criteria, and drive experimentation to evaluate new launches, ultimately driving improvements to the platform.
• Deep understanding of product analytics metrics (e.g. conversion, churn, engagement, retention, LTV) and proficiency translating metrics into actionable insights
• Advanced technical expertise with modern data stacks (i.e. dbt, Airflow, etc.) and data visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau, Hex, etc.)
• Strong experience working directly on A/B testing, including experiment design, deployment, and results interpretation
• 7+ years of related professional experience in analytics or data science role, with 2+ years of experience focusing on product analytics
• Demonstrated ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders
