• Contribuir al desarrollo y mantenimiento de plataformas escalables, servicios y herramientas internas que impulsan las operaciones comerciales críticas en el ciclo de ingresos.
• Aplicar fundamentos sólidos de ingeniería de software, pensamiento de producto y mentalidad de mejora continua para resolver desafíos operativos complejos.
• Colaborar estrechamente con ingeniería, operaciones y partes interesadas comerciales para mejorar la eficiencia, la confiabilidad y la rentabilidad en una de las funciones comerciales más importantes de la empresa.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling web applications in a production environment
• Distributed systems expertise: transaction processing, asynchronous queues, microservices, databases, etc
• Proven experience leading high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery, including the ability to navigate trade-offs and align stakeholders
• A passion for fostering a high-performing engineering culture through code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring peers
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery velocity, automate boilerplate, and enhance code quality
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex, distributed systems that are scalable, maintainable, and secure
• Experience at startup / growth-stage companies
• Experience with on-call, willingness to deep dive complex issues and drive them to resolution
• Experience with React, NodeJs, Typescript, Kafka, AWS or equivalent
• High personal awareness, and growth mindset (for Software Engineer)
