About The Role

Join OnePay as an Art Director, Paid Social, where you'll lead the visual expression of our paid social presence. You'll be responsible for concepting and executing social-first campaigns, directing shoots and motion projects, and developing creative systems and templates. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure our social creative is on-brand and performance-aware. This is a remote-first position with competitive benefits and a focus on building a shared visual language and higher craft standard across social output.

  • Lead the visual concepting and execution of social-first campaigns across paid and organic, from brief to final delivery, spanning static, motion, and video formats.
  • Direct shoots, UGC-style content, and motion projects with a clear and confident POV, providing direction to external content partners.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Brand Marketing, and agency partners to ensure social creative is both on-brand and performance-aware.
  • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
  • 7+ years working as an art director with focus on social content, either at an agency or in-house
  • A portfolio that shows range across paid and organic social, with strong examples of both brand-led and performance-driven work
  • Demonstrated comfort with AI creative tools and a genuine curiosity about where they're heading
  • An instinct for culture. You know what's landing on the internet before it becomes a trend deck
  • Strong communication skills. You can articulate a creative decision in a Slack message, not just a presentation
  • Strong design fundamentals. You understand type, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy at a level that goes beyond aesthetic instinct
  • Fluency in performance marketing - you understand how paid creative is measured, what makes a test meaningful, and how to use data to inform creative decisions without letting it flatten them
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Motion graphics experience is required
  • We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply
