Senior Product Operations Manager (AI & Systems)

Join Guild, a leading education and workforce development platform, as a Senior Product Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and refining operational systems, strengthening AI-enabled workflows, and optimizing R&D processes. You will also drive alignment across various teams, lead the rollout of process improvements, and measure their impact. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in product operations or engineering operations, a track record of building operational systems, and hands-on experience with AI tools.

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate roadmaps, priorities, and process changes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience: 5+ years in Product Operations, Engineering Operations, or a similar role. A prior background in either product management or engineering is desirable, but not necessary
• Operational Systems: A track record of building or improving operational systems for technical teams
• Technical Fluency: Working knowledge of technical concepts and tools
• AI & Workflow Automation: Hands-on skill applying AI tools to prototype or automate workflows
• Tooling Ecosystems: Experience evaluating and implementing tooling ecosystems effectively
