About The Role
Join Guild, a leading education and workforce development platform, as a Senior Product Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and refining operational systems, strengthening AI-enabled workflows, and optimizing R&D processes. You will also drive alignment across various teams, lead the rollout of process improvements, and measure their impact. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in product operations or engineering operations, a track record of building operational systems, and hands-on experience with AI tools.
- Construire et affiner les systèmes opérationnels, les outils et les flux de travail activés par l'IA qui rendent les équipes de produit et d'ingénierie plus efficaces.

- The ideal candidate is a systems-minded operator with a passion for AI, a knack for turning ideas into scalable solutions, strong communication instincts, and a data-driven approach to solving problems
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate roadmaps, priorities, and process changes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience: 5+ years in Product Operations, Engineering Operations, or a similar role. A prior background in either product management or engineering is desirable, but not necessary
- Operational Systems: A track record of building or improving operational systems for technical teams
- Technical Fluency: Working knowledge of technical concepts and tools
- AI & Workflow Automation: Hands-on skill applying AI tools to prototype or automate workflows
- Tooling Ecosystems: Experience evaluating and implementing tooling ecosystems effectively
