About The Role

Join Twitch's legal team as a Contracts Manager, where you'll support commercial and IP agreements, content partnerships, esports productions, and marketing activations. You'll draft and negotiate various agreements, counsel teams on legal and business issues, and collaborate with diverse partners. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build relationships with Amazon legal and tackle complex issues in the user community.

Provide support for commercial and IP agreements, content partnerships, Twitch esports productions, and various marketing activations.
Draft and negotiate agreements for software, SAAS, advertising, production, talent, content, marketing and other commercial transactions.
Counsel teams on legal and business issues, including rights and clearances, and coordinate with diverse partners.
Strong communication and analytical skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
3+ years of experience navigating commercial transactions, preferably in the digital space
Experience drafting and closing commercial agreements and improving contracting processes
Ability to work independently while also contributing successfully to cross-functional teams
Prior experience on a legal team at a media, internet, or technology company
Knowledge of Twitch, including esports / gaming, UGC services, and digital media business trends
