Contracts Manager

Join Twitch's legal team as a Contracts Manager, where you will support commercial and IP agreements, content partnerships, esports productions, and marketing activations. You will draft and negotiate various agreements, counsel teams on legal and business issues, and collaborate with diverse partners. This role requires 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial transactions, strong communication and analytical skills, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Prior experience in a legal team at a media, internet, or technology company is preferred.

• Draft and negotiate agreements for software, SAAS, advertising, production, talent, content, marketing and other commercial transactions.
• Provide support for commercial and IP agreements, content partnerships, Twitch esports productions, and various marketing activations.
• Counsel our teams on many legal and business issues, including rights and clearances.
• 3 to 6 years of experience navigating commercial transactions, preferably in the digital space
• Experience drafting and closing commercial agreements and improving contracting processes
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
• Ability to work independently while also contributing successfully to cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of Twitch, including esports / gaming, UGC services, and digital media business trends
• Prior experience on a legal team at a media, internet, or technology company
