Senior Accountant (Content Accounting)

Join our team as a Senior Accountant in Content Accounting. In this role, you will be involved in every step of the accounting process, from contract ideation to final payout. You will utilize GenAI tools to enhance productivity and drive process improvements. This position requires a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the creator economy.

• Assurer l'exhaustivité des dossiers contractuels, examiner les termes des contrats et documenter l'application de nos politiques comptables.
• Soutenir la clôture de fin de mois, y compris la préparation des écritures comptables, des rapprochements et des narrations de fluctuation pour les coûts de contenu.
• Utiliser des outils GenAI de pointe pour développer, exploiter et gérer des flux de travail agentiques afin d'optimiser les processus clés.
• Ability to recognize and implement process improvements and build scalable solutions with GenAI in mind
• Proficiency building in Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with data tools such as SQL
• Experience with contract reviews (revenue, leases, or other complex documents)
• Bachelor's degree with a major or emphasis in Accounting or a related finance field
• Strong aptitude for quickly mastering new systems, tools, and emerging technologies
• 3+ years of accounting experience at a quickly evolving company or public accounting firm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to distill complex analysis into actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful business partnership
• CPA License
• Experience with SAP, QuickSight, Mode Analytics, or other related ERP, BI, or data visualization tools
• Hands on experience with emerging AI technologies (e.g., Claude Code, MCP and Agentic Workflows)
• Avid Twitch user as a creator or viewer and passionate about the creator economy
