International Influencer Marketing Manager

Join yfood as an International Influencer Marketing Manager and play a key role in expanding the brand's presence in new international markets. You will be responsible for building scalable influencer marketing structures, managing external agencies and partners, and driving influencer collaborations that strengthen brand awareness and commercial impact. This is a highly entrepreneurial role that offers the opportunity to shape local influencer ecosystems from the ground up while contributing to yfood's international growth story.

• Building scalable influencer marketing structures and managing external agencies & partners.
• Driving influencer collaborations that strengthen brand awareness and commercial impact across multiple countries.
• Identifying, sourcing, and managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, working with influencers of all sizes on various platforms.
• Strong intercultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. You have a strong sensitivity to cultural differences, local trends, and market-specific consumer behaviour
• Proven experience managing agencies, influencers, and external partners, combined with a strong understanding of the international social media and influencer landscape, particularly across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch
• A hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are confident working with KPIs, campaign reporting, and performance-driven influencer marketing initiatives
• Fluent English skills (C2 level); Spanish is a plus, and additional European languages are considered beneficial
• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within an international or multi-market environment
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
