Senior Simulation Engineer (Core Simulation Platform)

Join our team as a Senior Simulation Engineer, where you will contribute to the architecture and development of our core simulation platform. You will work alongside senior team members, applying your strong C++ and Python skills, robotics fundamentals, and modern simulator experience. Your work will help improve sim-to-real transfer, develop sensor-realistic environments, and support the evolving simulation needs of our Controls, AI Research, and Perception teams.

• Contribuer à l'architecture et au développement de la plateforme de simulation, en appliquant des compétences solides en C++ et Python.
• Aider à construire et à mettre à l'échelle des pipelines de simulation cloud-native capables de générer des millions d'heures d'expérience par jour.
• Améliorer le transfert sim-to-real grâce à des modèles de contact avancés et à la dynamique des actionneurs.
• 5+ years of experience in robotic simulation, software engineering, or related fields
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent C++ and/or Python programming skills
• Understanding of Reinforcement Learning with research or production experience
• Experience with large-scale training workloads — deploying parallel simulations on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of robotics concepts: kinematics, dynamics, controls, system identification
• Familiar with software development best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality standards
• Experience with modern robotic simulators (Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, or equivalent)
