About The Role

Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) and play a key role in driving our business growth and talent pipeline. In this dynamic position, you will partner with our Principal G&A Talent Acquisition Partner to source top-tier talent for corporate functions and build our university relations program from the ground up. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, coordinate interview loops, and provide regular updates to hiring managers and the broader People team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment, with a focus on G&A/corporate roles and/or university recruiting.

  • Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and source qualified candidates for corporate roles.
  • Architect, design, and execute a comprehensive university relations and internship program strategy, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for interns.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system data entry with a high degree of accuracy and compliance, providing regular updates to hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to quickly grasp corporate business needs and fluently pivot between sourcing for diverse G&A and corporate domains
  • High proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and sourcing discovery tools
  • Strong interest and hands-on capability in unearthing niche talent using creative sourcing techniques beyond standard job postings

  • Demonstrated experience designing, launching, or scaling university recruiting initiatives and intern programs
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage programmatic timelines, university event logistics, and candidate cohorts independently
  • Prior experience collaborating with stakeholders and running end-to-end talent acquisition processes
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully building university programs, managing intern hiring cycles, and partnering with higher education institutions
  • 5+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment, with a dedicated focus on G&A/corporate roles and/or university recruiting
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • Hearing and speech to communicate clearly with candidates and internal teams
  • Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
