Senior Product Designer

Join Fiddler, a leading AI observability platform, as a Senior Product Designer. In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Product Designer and be embedded across product and engineering teams. You will own the design process from early exploration to production-ready specs, develop design patterns and principles, and conduct user research. You will also maintain and evolve the design system and translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly experiences. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design, with a focus on complex technical products.

• The ideal candidate is comfortable in the complexity of data-dense enterprise software, moves fluently between systems thinking and pixel-level detail, and knows how to drive alignment across a fast-moving cross-functional team
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate design work from discovery to production
• Online portfolio showcasing data-dense interfaces, monitoring dashboards, observability tools, analytics platforms, or similar
• Experience designing for AI/ML products, data platforms, or enterprise software for technical audiences
• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design with a focus on complex technical products
• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup where design scope is broad and ambiguity is the norm
• Experience designing developer tools, DevOps platforms, or complex products for technical audiences
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts including LLMs, generative AI, predictive models, and agentic systems, you don't need to be an engineer, but curiosity here goes a long way
• Designing complex SaaS or enterprise software for technical audiences
