Management Accountant

Join Field, a leading company in the energy storage industry, as a Management Accountant. In this role, you will support the Core Finance team with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, develop and improve financial processes, and embed AI models within finance workflows. You will prepare management accounts, manage revenue and cost, and perform GL reconciliations. This is a broad and varied role with the opportunity to make a significant impact. • Support the Core Finance team with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, and develop and improve financial processes.
• Prepare management accounts, monthly journals, revenue and cost management, and GL reconciliations.
• Assist with the month-end close process, ensuring timely posting of all journals, and preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.

• You’re very organised - you’ll be spinning a few plates at once, so you’ll need to have tried and tested methods for keeping on top of a varied workload at your fingertips
• You’re enthusiastic, curious and knowledgeable about the energy storage industry
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to work well with different teams and manage a range of different stakeholders
• Experience in preparation of management accounts and manipulation of financial data
• Experience with multinational groups
• Strong Excel skills, experience using of AI models with a desire to further learning and use
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) - 1-2 years + post qualified experience
• Self-motivated and aspirational, comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment
• Highly organised, able to plan ahead to deliver accurate information to tight reporting deadlines
