Head of Expansion Marketing

Join our team as the Head of Expansion Marketing, where you will lead the marketing setup for our global expansion. You will work closely with Market and Expansion Leads to translate business strategy into go-to-market and growth plans for each market. You will also manage the launch of new markets and be the point of contact for all marketing matters related to new markets. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a proven track record in marketing.

• Lead the marketing setup for global expansion, translating business strategy into go-to-market and growth plans for each market.
• Collaborate with Market and Expansion Leads to develop and execute strategies for launching new markets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage the launch of new markets, serving as the point of contact for all marketing matters related to expansion, and coordinating efforts between local leads and the central marketing team.
• Being a quick learner and ambassador on AI marketing usage for scaling and automation
• Having skills to develop partnerships and growth hacking activities as well as local activation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to identify and collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders
• Analytical, with a clear understanding of how to use research and KPIs to inform strategic priorities and campaign impact
• Proven executional abilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• 7+ years marketing experience from various channels, running performance marketing, GTM, partnerships and growth marketing activities and CRM, globally or regionally or leading overall marketing for a specific market
• Having general expertise across multiple marketing channels but at least one channel with hands on proficiency
• Fluent command of English and another language like Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese or Chinese, etc, is a plus
• Having a clear project management experience
