Territory Account Manager

About The Role

As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, and managing a geographical territory. You will also maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, develop new sales strategies, and assist with equipment rental, sales, and service. - Expanding the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
- Managing a geographical area and executing the full sales strategy, including market analysis, sales forecasting, and revenue growth.
- Responding to inbound leads and requests, conducting sales presentations, and developing new sales strategies to increase market share.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- You have the technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred, but not required (if you’re a born salesperson, we’ll train you on what you need to know and how to win more business)
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
- First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who’s tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
