About The Role

As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, and managing a geographical territory. You will execute the full sales strategy, respond to inbound leads, develop new sales strategies, and maintain existing customer relationships.   • Expanding the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
  • Managing the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
  • Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with the level of service and support.
  • We’re looking for people who:
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Bring energy, effort, and optimism every day
  • You have the technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
  • You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who’s tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record

  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred, but not required (if you’re a born salesperson, we’ll train you on what you need to know and how to win more business)
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
