Technical pre-sales consultant

Join Agatha, a leading SaaS company in the life sciences industry, as a Technical Pre-sales Consultant. In this role, you will collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer needs, configure and customize demonstration environments, and actively participate in pre-sales meetings and demonstrations. You will also contribute to RFP responses, analyze customer requirements, and work closely with the Customer Success and Professional Services teams. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a related field, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, and strong technical skills in JavaScript, JSON, and SaaS application configuration.

• Collaborer avec les représentants des ventes pour comprendre les besoins des clients et définir des approches de solution sur mesure.

• Contribuer aux réponses aux demandes de propositions (RFP), aux demandes d'informations (RFI) et aux évaluations techniques.

**Education**

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Engineering background strongly preferred.

**Experience**

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pre-sales, Solution Consulting, Technical Consulting, or a similar role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes, preferably within Life Sciences or other regulated industries.
