Business Analyst (External Workforce)

Join LSEG as a Business Analyst (External Workforce) in a key role supporting the management of our external workforce. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to define an end-to-end external worker management process, implement change management activities, and drive the adoption of our Vendor Management System. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups to understand current processes and define an end-to-end external worker management process.
• Define and implement change management activities related to people, processes, and systems, and establish robust external worker management processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with BAU Operations teams and vendors, and actively participate in workshops to define external workforce processes and controls.
• Strong written and spoken English skills required
• Analytical mindset to utilise data and simplify complex problems
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence at a cross functional level
• Proactive and positive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
• Confidence to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proven success as Business Analyst / Process SME within External workforce management process areas, with the ability to review, analyse and recommend next steps with service level data
• Advantages to have working knowledge of Workday HCM system
• Working of knowledge of leading Vendor Management Systems (e.g. SAP Fieldglass, Workday VNDLY etc.)
• Ability to identify customer needs and uncover opportunities to improve customer experience
