Finance Director (Cloud Business Partnering)

Join our Finance team as a Finance Director, Cloud Business Partnering. In this key leadership position, you will own and drive our Cloud cost base, representing approximately £300m of annual spend. You will work closely with the Engineering CIO team to establish the operating rhythm, identify opportunities for optimization, and support the delivery of our strategic objectives. You will also be a key business partner to the Cloud CIO and several divisionally-aligned Engineering CIOs, challenging and making recommendations regarding performance against budget, budget setting, and the financial viability of divisional initiatives.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build broad networks
• Able to influence others and deliver outcomes and change through other people
• Extensive Finance experience with some of that tenure looking after a Cloud cost base
• Degree (or equivalent) and/or relevant professional qualification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Significant work experience in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organisation
